How We Started
Back in 2018, I was debugging a client's e-commerce platform at 2 AM. The automated tests had passed, but real customers couldn't complete purchases. The checkout flow worked perfectly in testing environments but broke under actual user conditions.
That night changed everything. We realized that software needs human eyes—people who click the wrong buttons, type unexpected characters, and use applications in ways developers never imagined.
Seven years later, we've tested everything from banking apps to food delivery platforms. Each project teaches us something new about how humans interact with technology.
